How to use?
The normal dose of SATVIK CHURNA is 3 to 6 grams (1-2 teaspoon). For mild constipation, 1 teaspoon is enough. Take the Churna with warm water (hot water increases the efficiency of the churna) preferably at night.
Dosage : 1-2 teaspoon with lukewarm water at night.Or as directed by physician.
